This website
- We don't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
- The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When it does, Google receives your IP address and browser details, as it would on any site that uses those fonts.
- Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and operation.
If you contact us
The form on this site opens your email app with a message addressed to us; nothing is sent until you send it. We receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it to reply to you and to prepare a quote. We don't sell it or share it for advertising.
Please don't send passwords, ID documents or intimate images by email or through the form. If we need something from you, we'll tell you the safest way to share it.
If you become a client
- We collect only what a job needs, such as your handles, reference images and written permission to act for you.
- We never ask for your passwords. You keep ownership of every account.
- Client content is kept private, stored securely and deleted when the job ends, unless you ask us to keep it. We never use it as an example or share it without your written permission.
- Reports we make for you list website names, not the content itself.
Who sees your information
Only the people working on your job, and the services we use to do it (such as email and hosting providers). When we file a takedown or removal request for you, we share what that request requires, and we tell you first.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@herownstage.com. Some records may need to be kept for legal reasons, and we'll tell you if so.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information we hold, such as private storage and limiting who can see it. No method of storing or sending information over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your own accounts, devices and passwords secure.
Third-party services
We use outside services such as email, hosting and file storage. They have their own privacy practices and we are not responsible for them. Content you post on other platforms is governed by those platforms' rules, not ours.
Information you give us
You decide what to share with us. You confirm you have the right to share anything you send and that anyone who appears in it has consented. If you send us something you should not have, such as passwords or identity documents, you do so at your own risk, and we may delete it without notice.
Legal requests
We may disclose information if the law requires it, or where needed to respond to a legal claim, protect our rights or prevent harm. Where the law allows, we will tell you first.
Where information is stored
Our providers may store information in the United States or other countries, which may have different data-protection rules from where you live.
Age
Our services are for people aged 18 or over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change this page, we'll update the date above.
